carpets disgusting and all stained, ceiling in hallway fell down while we were there due to so many leaks, ceiling leaking so much the hotel smelt damp,my daughter has asthma and coughed the whole time,no mattress protectors on beds and mattresses stained, hot water was barely hot, breakfast was terrible and when asked for boiling water for cup of tea was told to put water in microwave, we were offered 2 different cereals, bread for toast but as there was only a two slice toaster there was a queue for toast, there were a few croissants but when they had all gone they were not refilled so we missed out, same goes for cold meats, I have pictures of all the problems the hotel has

Perfect location for Disneyland (5 min. walk to RER Station and 7 min. travel with RER to Disneyland). For 2 Adults and 2 children (5 & 10) we stayed in double room. Staff is very kind and helpful. Clean & comfortable beds. Small fridge and kitchenette (2-3 supermarkets near the hotel). There is a pool but it was closed. Also you can go to downtown in 30 min. with train. I surely choose this hotel for our next visit.
Carpets... :)

The hotel was really convenient for Eurodisney and Paris. RER station 3 mins round the corner. Beds really comfortable. Lovely clean kitchenette area where you could prepare your own snacks and drinks. Fridge. Very family friendly. We had interconnecting door to our kids room. Lots of space and roomy bathroom. Quiet location, parking under the hotel but very tight for a big car.
Fabulous TV but not one English speaking channel which was disappointing. The carpet had seen better days. There was a swimming pool but it wasn't open which was disappointing.

Close to transport links to disney. Good value for money. Nice breakfast.pleasant helpful staff. Clean.
View from room was of rooftop of hotel - but didnt go there for the view. Swimming pool was closed - but again didnt got there for that either. On arrival no soap/shower gel in the room, no coffee or tea though there was a kettle and cups.

The location for Euro disney was good, thats about all the plus points, car park was secure, tight to get in but safe and secure. Situated in a quiet and nice surburb.
The hotel was not particularly clean, carpets in the corridors to the room looked dirty, the room itself was dated, broken hand dryer - reported but not fixed. Flat screen TV but no British TV. The bed was like sleeping on a piece of chipboard, absolutely no give in it at all. Only had breakfast in the hotel once, not worth the money, looked at an evening meal but far too expensive, so went into the nearby town and then subsequently ate at Euro Disney for breakfast and tea. The hotel appears to have been a Best Western in the past but now seems to run as an independant. Definitely would not visit again.

Big spacious rooms, with a kitchenette with full sized fridge, which was unexpected, the rooms were cleaned daily and had fresh towels everyday, we didn't have the breakfast as we felt 10€ each for breakfast was steep....so we went to a fantastic little patisserie next to the station each morning. The hotel was close to the restaurants and close to the RER line which gave access to the city of Paris, Disneyland Resort Paris and the Val d'europe Shopping centre and Outlet Village. There was a supermarket and McDonalds Restaurant within walking distance from the hotel and the area was very clean
That the hotel is quite obviously under transformation from its previous brand to Villa Bellagio and therefore the internet wasn't working at the time and the Bar was non-existant, its worth buying your drinks from a supermarket and using the fridge in the room....

I was impressed with the quadruple room which consisted of two rooms. It was very clean and had all the facilities that were mentioned on the website. The two electric hobs were a pleasant surprise though my number one priority was the fridge and microwave as I have a child with food allergies and needed to take along the child's special dietary food. They looked like they had not been used. The en-suites were immaculate and the power shower a blessing when you've walked all day. Two minutes from rer train station, two supermarkets, chemist, food joints and two stops by train to Disneyland. The staff were extremely helpful and polite and it also helped that some of them spoke English but those that didn't were great. I felt at home and it wasn't just a place to put my head down at night. My children could sit on the floor and I did not worry about it. Well that's with my accommodation I can,t talk about other rooms. The staff also advised us the best time to start out to catch the Eurostar train so that we did not have to waste time hanging around and helped with taking my luggage out when we checked out. When I mentioned something I had observed, they were on to it straight away. We all enjoyed our stay there and would go back again. My children enjoyed the space we had.
I think the hotels phone number should be available to us when we book via the agent. When we arrived we were unable to locate the hotel and though we used the number on the booking confirmation sheet, it was for a different branch. It took us a while to locate it with the help of the local people. The breakfast I felt was a bit too pricey for what was on offer.

The hotel is very near to the rer train system, close to Disney and the Val du Europe shopping centre. Bussy is a very nice modern town with shops and restaurants close by. I chose to had breakfast in a local cafe rather than at the hotel, as its a lot cheaper. I have no problems in staying at the hotel again.
Some areas could do with a little tlc and maintenance
